I’m Selam, a full-stack developer who thrives in collaborative and creative spaces where I can continuously learn and grow. I’m a creative problem-solver who’s passionate about supporting diverse people to get into tech.
I have recently made a career switch from teaching to tech and after living on 4 continents and exploring so many careers, I found software development and fell in love with it as it perfectly aligns with my love for lifelong learning and solving problems.
Recently I’ve been learning Java to better understand Object Oriented Programming and I will soon add a section to my portfolio where you can follow along and keep up to date with what I’m doing. (Come back in 2 weeks if you are interested)
On the rare occasion when I’m not coding you can normally find me in the gym, reading, or thinking about my next project.😂
